We have an opening for a Test Engineer | Engine Aftertreatment Systems with our client—a major truck manufacturer active in the international transport sector.
Are you a technical expert in Engine Aftertreatment Systems (EAS) and ready for a complex, independent challenge? For a leading truck manufacturer in the Netherlands, we are looking for a proactive Test Engineer to take the lead in the functional verification of the diesel particulate filter system (DPF - PFSS).
What will you do?
Within the larger MX-14 Engine Development Project, you will be responsible for the sub-task 'Functional Engine System Verification'. The focus here lies on the control of the DPF (aftertreatment) and integrating test findings into the engine. This project features higher technical complexity than previous initiatives and is divided into 4 test blocks.
Your responsibilities will be:
...
- Test Planning & Analysis: You will analyze test requirements and draw up robust test plans for 20 functional verification test requests.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management: You will interface with various colleagues (test requesters and test cell engineers) to set up the tests and ensure they run flawlessly. In doing so, you will optimize test cell capacity.
- Execution & Support: You will provide support for and oversee the on-site test execution.
- Reporting & Issue Tracking: You will analyze the test results, identify technical issues, and log them in detail within the FRACAS system.
We are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running independently. Have you recently completed your PhD in this field? Then we also warmly invite you to apply.
